What kind of tasks do you help with?

I handle organizing, errands, event setup, transitions, and the “been-meaning-to-get-to-it” list.

I don’t offer:

  • Hazardous work
  • Professional trade services (plumbing, electrical)
  • Heavy lifting (at helper's discrection) or childcare

I do offer:

  • Light home support
  • Companionship-style help for seniors
  • Creative projects and personal assistance

Do you take a deposit? What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Do you offer ongoing or recurring help?

Yes. You can book weekly, monthly, or seasonal support.

I can also build a custom retainer-style plan to fit your routine and budget.

A flat $50 deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit secures your scheduled time and will be applied to your final service total.

• Fully refundable with 24 hours’ notice

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit.

 

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule without penalty. I’ll always do my best to accommodate your needs.

 

I understand that unexpected events happen. In the case of a personal emergency or unsafe travel conditions (including severe weather), exceptions to this policy may be made at my discretion. Please reach out as soon as possible if this applies to your booking.


 

When and how do I pay?

Promo & Last-Minute Spots

 

All promotional and last-minute bookings must be paid in full at time of booking. These sessions are non-refundable and not transferable to any other date beyond the specific promo or last-minute time window.

 

Preferred method: e-transfer

Cash is accepted. Credit Card is also accepted with a small fee.

Credit is not extended unless prepaid and agreed upon in writing.

Decluttering and Organizing FAQ

Do I need to work alongside you during organizing or decluttering?

For organizing, unpacking, or decluttering — I actually prefer to work with you.

We’ll tackle things together at your pace, and you’ll feel more accomplished knowing exactly what’s staying, what’s going, and where everything is going. I’m there to guide, sort, suggest, and support — not bulldoze your space.

I’m embarrassed about the mess. Will you judge me?

Not a chance. My job is to help you move forward, not to shame where you’re starting from. I’ve seen it all — cluttered closets, packed garages, unopened boxes from a move three years ago. You’re not “too messy” or “too far behind.” You just need support — and that’s what I do.


 

What’s included in an organizing or unpacking session?

Every session is customized, but here’s a general idea:

  • Sorting and categorizing
  • Light cleaning or wiping surfaces
  • Labeling and system creation
  • Packing or unpacking boxes
  • Product recommendations (if helpful)

We’ll go at a pace that works for you. No pressure — just progress.

Can you do tasks without me there?

Absolutely — especially for errands, pickups, deliveries, event setup, or simple home prep.

As long as I have clear instructions and access, I can take care of the task while you handle your day. I’ll confirm once it’s done and follow up if anything comes up.


 

Errands FAQ

What kinds of errands do you help with? 

A little bit of everything. Common errands include:

  • Grocery or household item pickup
  • Prescription drop-off or pickup
  • Item returns or exchanges
  • Deliveries between locations (documents, gifts, supplies)
  • Donation drop-offs
  • Gift shopping or wrapping
  • Vendor runs for events or home projects

If you’re not sure it counts as an “errand” — just ask. Odds are, I can help.

Do I need to be there?

Nope — as long as I have clear instructions, payment (if needed), and access, you don’t need to be present. I’ll confirm once everything’s done and check in if anything comes up.


 

Can you pick up and deliver items?

Yes! I can pick up orders, Facebook Marketplace finds, groceries, donations — you name it — and deliver them within the service area. If it fits in the vehicle and isn’t hazardous or restricted, I can likely help.

What if I have a longer list?

That’s my specialty. If you’ve got a bunch of small errands that never seem to get done, I’ll map them out, group them efficiently, and knock them off your list in one go. You don’t need to micromanage — just delegate and breathe.
